About the Role

We’re hiring a smart and persuasive Telecaller who can confidently connect with leads, understand their needs, and schedule qualified meetings for our Business Development team. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in sales, telecalling, or inside sales especially in the IT sector we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential leads.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs, and explain our services clearly.
• Convert interest into qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain follow-ups to ensure high show-up and conversion rates.
• Keep accurate records of call status, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Share feedback on lead quality with marketing/sales teams.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales/customer service.
• Preferably come from an IT services or solutions background.
• Are fluent in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus!).
• Are confident, target-driven, and quick to build rapport over calls.
• Are organized and comfortable using CRM tools for record keeping.
