Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The primary role is to make outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain our services, and book appointments or generate conversions. This is a front-line role that directly contributes to the firm’s business development and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Explain the company's services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings.
• Respond to inquiries received via phone or email.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and goal-oriented approach.
