• Making outbound and inbound calls to potential customers and handling incoming calls from customers
• Explaining products: Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services
• Persuading customers: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
• Answering questions: Answering customer inquiries or complaints
• Documenting interactions: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database
• Following up: Following up with customers to provide new products or services.
• Candidate should have good hand writing and skill in Excel

* Salary: 10000 -13000 + incentives

* Education Qualification: plus two or Graduate

* Experience: Minimum 1year in tele field

* location: Ernakulam South Continental towers,Near Ernakulam South Railway station
