We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, handling inbound queries, and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
~Make outbound calls to customers for renewals
~Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries or resolve issues
~Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM/sheet
~Achieve daily/monthly call and renewal targets
~Provide accurate information and create a positive customer experience
