The company specializes in purchasing, developing and selling land, and has built a strong reputation over time by successfully selling more than 250 acres in the Noida region. Sportsville Farms, its current flagship project, is a premium farmhouse community in Noida Sector 151, blending countryside tranquility with modern urban convenience. Looking ahead, it aims to expand into emerging real estate markets in nearby cities and states to tap into broader opportunities. Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries from ads/portals and call leads. Telecall on provided numbers to generate leads and schedule visits. Fix appointments & site visits with the sales team. Maintain Excel/CRM database for lead follow-ups. Share daily reports on ads, calls, and leads progress. Send brochures, videos, and project details via WhatsApp/Email to prospects. List properties on real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.). Requirements: Strong communication skills in Hindi & English. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive. 1–3 years of experience in real estate(preferred). Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads.(preferred). Qualifications: Minimum: Graduate in Real Estate, Sales, Business or any relevant field. Preferred: MBA / Postgraduate in Sales or Business. Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000/month Incentives: Commission on every deal closed Opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling real estate firm
