Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services or gather feedback.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/database systems.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
Provide detailed information about products/services and address customer objections effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation and campaign follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with
MS Office.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
