Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services or gather feedback.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/database systems.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
  • Provide detailed information about products/services and address customer objections effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation and campaign follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with

    MS Office.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
