Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding payments.
  • Enter, update, and verify data accurately in company systems.
  • Prepare and share basic reports with the management team.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely customer communication.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks (calling + data entry) efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer service orientation.
  • Experience in tele calling or data entry preferred (freshers welcome if capable).

Key Skills:

Communication, customer handling, persuasion, typing speed & accuracy, data management, time management, and basic IT skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
