Tele Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, promote our products/services, and assist with any inquiries they may have. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential and existing students, providing information about our services, maintaining a record of calls and customer interactions in our database, following up on leads to convert them into sales, and achieving both individual and team targets. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have previous experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred), be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, have basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software, and maintain a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
