Tekla Modeler/Checker

Role & responsibilities Understand the technical specification / project specifications. Exposure to Steel structures like Piperack and steel buildings. Knowledge of construction drawings and international standards (AISC & BS code) Modeler: Experience in Tekla 3D modelling of industrial steel structures (oil & gas preferred) Must be able to work single handed and create Tekla modules for detailing from design drawings. Hands-on experience in preparing fabrication and erection drawings etc. for steel and miscellaneous (Handrail/Grating/Ladder, etc.) structural members. Checker: Review and check 3D Tekla models for completeness, accuracy, and constructability. Coordinate with modelers, project engineers, and detailers to resolve technical issues. Examine shop drawings, erection drawings, and reports generated from the model for adherence to client and project standards. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in structural steel detailing/checking Full time Diploma or graduation in Mechanical or Civil is mandatory Good oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other software such as AutoCAD is a plus. Immediate joiners preferred.
