TechOps Engineer

Minimum Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of Experience in L1, L2, L3 Support / Maintenance of Software Applications adhering to SLAs in any Industry (Fintech preferred).
• Bachelor Degree with a major or minor in Computer Science/Mathematics or similarly Technical/Quantitative field; equivalent work or project experience.
• Experience in Reading/Writing queries in RDBMS (

  SQL Server, MySQL

  etc databases)
• Experience with

  Amazon Web Services

  or similar cloud providers
• Experience with

  API frameworks

• Experience working with monitoring and observability (

  ELK

  ,

  Splunk

  and

  CloudWatch

  )
