As a Guidewire Claim Centre Portal Support Manager with a minimum of 9 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing support projects related to Guidewire Portal Support and Maintenance. Your role will involve supporting applications, designing, building, and maintaining the Business Objects environment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage support projects related to Guidewire Portal Support and Maintenance - Support applications including technology stack such as Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Angular, and AWS - Work in shifts and provide On Call Support on a rotational basis - Design, build, and support the Business Objects environment and services - Troubleshoot Business Objects report performance issues and raise SAP cases - Exhibit punctual attendance at project meetings and engage with stakeholders - Have a deep understanding of Java, Angular, and Hibernate - Manage middleware applications with various interfaces including Guidewire system - Design, modify, and implement changes to existing applications built in Java, Spring boot, and Hibernate - Possess strong communication, presentation, and writing skills - Understand ITIL v3/v4 processes and best practices in software development - Experience in the Insurance domain, preferably in Property & Casualty - Prior client-facing experience and proficiency in tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, etc. - Work on incident management and problem management Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate - Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - Experience with SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Familiarity with Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic - ITIL certification (Good to have), ONE, CFA, AWS Additional Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network that offers fulfilling career opportunities across various disciplines.
