Technology Support III - Python

Role Overview: You will be a Technology Support III team member in Commercial and Investment Bank's Markets Tech Team, ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows. Your role will involve troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems to provide a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to support successful business operations - Support day-to-day maintenance of the firm's systems to ensure operational stability and availability - Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools - Identify issues for escalation and communication, providing solutions to business and technology stakeholders - Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management in support of technology systems, applications, or infrastructure Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services - Proficiency in Python programming language - Strong knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment (on-premises or public cloud) - Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques - Understanding of processes within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework Additional Information: The company supports Fixed Income traders and risk management applications.,
