Your day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and security measures. - Experience with incident response and problem resolution methodologies. - Familiarity with security information and event management tools. - Knowledge of risk assessment and vulnerability management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
