Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME):

    Expected to develop expertise in

    and become an SME within the team.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Manage and guide the team to ensure high performance and successful issue resolution.
  • Decision Making:

    Be responsible for making key decisions within the team and engage with multiple teams to contribute to broader decision-making processes.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Provide solutions to issues both within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Troubleshooting:

    Implement effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance:

    Update and maintain

    knowledge base articles

    for operational support, ensuring the team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Vendor Collaboration:

    Work closely with vendors to resolve issues, ensuring timely and efficient solutions to business-critical problems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Splunk

    with extensive experience in its deployment, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of

    Splunk Administration

    , including data analysis, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with
