Job Description

As a member of the Sam's Club team at Walmart Global Tech, you will be part of a membership-based business model that focuses on delivering unmatched value and a curated product assortment to our members. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless customer experience by actively monitoring and maintaining the Sam's Club e-commerce site and Scan & Go application. This involves swift resolution of production issues, collaborating with development teams, and leveraging deep retail business acumen and technical troubleshooting skills to enhance member benefits. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive technical support to resolve member issues, conducting real-time monitoring and performance analysis, driving rapid service restoration during incidents, and managing incident documentation within ITSM tools. You will be required to demonstrate proficiency in Java, React, and Azure/Kubernetes, strong analytical and debugging skills, solid understanding of application architecture, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and expertise in leveraging monitoring tools like Grafana, Open Observe, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
