Role Overview

Business Technology Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the companys ERP and dealer management applications.
• Coordinate with app developers and vendors for updates, bug fixes, and new feature rollouts.
• Handle API integrations, MySQL database operations, and basic front-end maintenance (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Create dashboards, reports, and process documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Analyze workflow issues and suggest digital improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Train internal users and provide first-level technical support when required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
