The company operates across multiple states with a robust dealer network and a state-of-the-art ERP platform that integrates sales, production, logistics, and finance. Were looking for a Business Technology Intern who can take ownership of our internal ERP app and help bridge business operations with technology. Role Overview As a Business Technology Intern , youll work closely with our management, IT, and operations teams to maintain, improve, and optimize our ERP and web-based systems. Youll handle app integrations, troubleshoot issues, create analytical reports, and ensure that all business processes run smoothly through digital tools. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the companys ERP and dealer management applications. Coordinate with app developers and vendors for updates, bug fixes, and new feature rollouts. Handle API integrations, MySQL database operations, and basic front-end maintenance (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Create dashboards, reports, and process documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Analyze workflow issues and suggest digital improvements to enhance efficiency. Train internal users and provide first-level technical support when required. Required Skills Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL . Basic understanding of API integrations and web-based ERP systems . Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to understand both business workflows and technical systems.
