Technology Intermediate Business Analyst

As a Technology Intermediate Business Analyst at Citi, your role involves liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information effectively. Your main objective will be to contribute to the continuous exploration of business performance and measures to drive business planning. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business client needs, document requirements, define enhancements, and derive test cases - Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria - Generate reports based on findings, including potential solutions to systems issues - Identify risks and consider business implications of technology applications - Assist in redesigning business processes and perform assigned duties - Filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources - Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions - Work closely with clients, technical teams, and managerial staff - Propose recommendations for feasible automation solutions - Prepare design documents like AS IS, TO BE, user stories, SDD, etc. - Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements for system automation and modernization - Provide impact analysis and effort estimates - Possess strong knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle, Release and Change Management - Experience in software design patterns, architecture, ETL, SQL, design thinking, automation tools, Connectivity protocols, API, etc. Qualifications: - 6-12 years of relevant experience in business or systems analysis - Knowledge of business analysis procedures, concepts, and basic technical areas - Proven analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Methodical approach with attention to detail - Strong problem-solving, analysis, and design skills Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience,
