Technology Innovation Specialist-LV Switchgear

As a Technology Innovation Specialist in the CTO Office, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear domain. Your main responsibilities will include: - Scouting and evaluating cutting-edge technologies in LV Switchgear, focusing on switches serving Industrial, Photovoltaic, BESS & Railway sectors. - Testing and validating new concepts for integration into products. - Supporting productization by partnering with product management & Engineering teams. - Building expertise in electronics and power electronics design. - Collaborating with academia to co-develop future-ready solutions. - Driving innovation across existing and next-gen product lines. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. - Strong foundation in power systems, switchgear, and electronics. - Passion for research, innovation, and continuous learning. - Experience in R&D or technology scouting. - Exposure to academic-industry partnerships. - Knowledge of embedded systems or IoT in power systems is a plus.
