Technology Innovation Specialist-LV Switchgear

As a Technology Innovation Specialist in the CTO Office, you will play a key role in shaping the future of electrical systems, particularly in the Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Scouting and evaluating cutting-edge technologies in LV Switchgear, with a focus on switches for Industrial, Photovoltaic, BESS & Railway sectors. - Testing and validating new concepts for integration into products. - Supporting productization by collaborating with product management & Engineering teams. - Building expertise in electronics and power electronics design. - Collaborating with academia to co-develop future-ready solutions. - Driving innovation across existing and next-gen product lines. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a strong foundation in power systems, switchgear, and electronics. A passion for research, innovation, and continuous learning is crucial. Additionally, experience in R&D or technology scouting, exposure to academic-industry partnerships, and knowledge of embedded systems or IoT in power systems are advantageous.
