Project Role Description :Advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provides advisory work for the IT function itself.

Summary:As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation of change management strategies, while also providing valuable insights and advisory support for the IT function. You will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring that projects align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote change management best practices.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
