Job Description

Leads and manages end-to-end consulting projects for enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end iSTAR consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.
Drive digital transformation initiatives by designing and implementing innovative iSTAR solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, formulate strategies, and execute effective solution deployment.
Engage directly with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and train junior consultants on iSTAR best practices.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT consulting with a strong background in iSTAR methodologies.
Proven track record in managing large-scale consulting projects.
Excellent client engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with data analytics tools.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with remote consulting platforms.
Familiarity with additional consulting frameworks (e.g., BPMN, UML) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
