Ford Diagnostic Technicians

• Completed

  Level 3 training with Ford India

  , or

• Ford GCC experience

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using proper Ford tools and literature
• Achieve

  Fix It Right First Time (FIRFT)

  on all allocated jobs
• Record all diagnostic codes, measurements, and approvals for warranty and service documentation
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis and repairs
• Identify and recommend additional repairs to reduce future comebacks
• Ensure timely completion of repairs within allocated labor time
• Participate in ongoing technical training and achieve required certifications
• Follow all

  health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of

  vehicle diagnostics and proper use of tools

• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and services

• Ford experience is mandatory
