Job Summary:
We are hiring Technician for our Service Department to carry out inspection, diagnosis, and repair of power tools received from customers. Candidates with a background in ITI, vocational training, or relevant technical experience are preferred. Both freshers and those with up to 2–3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect tools for faults or damage
• Diagnose issues and carry out repairs or part replacements
• Perform routine servicing and testing of power tools
• Ensure repair quality meets company standards
• Maintain records of work done for each job
• Coordinate with dispatch staff to ensure repaired items are ready for packaging
• Report repeated failures or common issues to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
• Follow all safety protocols and use tools responsibly

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or equivalent
• Preferred: ITI certificate, vocational course in Mechanical, or related fields
• Experience: 0–3 years in a service/repair or workshop environment (freshers with relevant training also considered)
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Attention to detail and must be skilled with hands and able to handle small tools and parts carefully.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
