Position : Technician

* Safely operate and maintain various machinery and equipment involved in blade manufacturing, including:
* Blade molding machines* Vacuum bagging systems* Cutting and trimming equipment* Resin infusion systems* Monitor machine performance, identify any malfunctions or deviations, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
* Safely lift, move, and handle large and heavy wind turbine blades using appropriate equipment.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of blades to prevent damage.
* Visually inspect blades for any defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies.
* Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
* Report any significant maintenance issues to supervisors immediately.
* Experience : 0-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing setting, automobile sector.
