Technician - Tractor

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in tractors and other agricultural equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and hydraulic system troubleshooting.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to assess and resolve technical problems.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and new technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a tractor technician, agricultural mechanic, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions (outdoors, workshops, field service).
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be preferred for field service roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
