Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide after-sales service support to customers by repairing, assembling, disassembling, installing, and fault finding of furniture products.
Conduct field services at customer locations to resolve issues related to product installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Troubleshoot technical problems with furniture equipment and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any defects or malfunctions found during servicing.
