Position Title: Technical Telecaller – Water Treatment & Bottling Plant Machinery

Department: Sales / Technical Support

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Technical Head

Job Summary

The Technical Telecaller will be responsible for handling technical and sales-related telecommunication with clients, primarily in the Water Treatment and Bottling Plant Machinery sectors. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing accurate technical information, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through professional and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers related to water treatment plants, bottling machinery, and related equipment.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical guidance, solutions, and product information.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal sales, service, and technical teams for quotations, troubleshooting, and project updates.
  • Prepare and maintain call records, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or designated systems.
  • Assist in generating leads and inquiries through telecommunication and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales process by sharing technical brochures, quotations, and proposal details.
  • Communicate effectively with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Follow up with vendors or internal departments for timely execution of service or product delivery.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of water treatment systems, RO plants, softeners, bottling machinery, and associated components.
  • Participate in training and product awareness sessions to stay updated with the latest technologies and company offerings.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical understanding of water treatment systems, bottling plants, and industrial machinery.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (preferred).
  • Candidates with technical knowledge through experience in water treatment or bottling machinery industries may also apply.

Experience Required

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical telecalling, sales coordination, or technical support.
  • Prior experience in water treatment, bottling plants, or related machinery industry is mandatory.

  • Number of calls handled and leads generated.
  • Accuracy in technical communication and documentation.
  • Timely follow-up and closure rate.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback score.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
