Use your skills and background as a Maintenance Technician by joining Wesco! We are hiring immediately for a full-time Maintenance Technician experienced in the repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and other physical structures in our Warehouse.

Here is what you can expect:
- You’ll perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment, including conveyors, wire/cable spooling machines and systems through use of hand, pneumatic, and power tools to ensure minimal disruptions to the business
- Responsible for general facility maintenance, including emergency situations that may arise, including issues with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Prepare mechanical maintenance reports, record and process daily and weekly findings
- Identifies root cause of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing equipment
- Ensure the facility is compliant with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies and oversees employee safety procedures
- At times, when directed to do so, assists with organization and cleaning of warehouse areas including cafeteria, offices, and the grounds
What you need to apply:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Stable work history
- 2 years’ experience of Facility repair and maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment required
- Knowledge of conveyor systems and hand tool usage required
- Ability to work from sketches, drawings, and blueprints
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
