Job Description

As a Technician - Instrumentation & Control at Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited, located in Bavla, Gujarat, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of API manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Being knowledgeable about API manufacturing processes and equipment such as Reactor automation, CF automation, RCVD, Boilers, Chillers, N2 plant, Water system, BMS/EMS, VFD controlling, etc. - Executing and completing maintenance work related to instrumentation - Demonstrating good GMP and cGMP knowledge - Possessing strong technical and maintenance skills - Having excellent troubleshooting abilities, especially in VFD, PLC IO, and Relay systems - Ensuring online documentation for all cGMP activities with a focus on data integrity - Strictly adhering to safety, health, and environmental regulations - Harmonizing GMP practices across all manufacturing blocks within the facility - Understanding the requirements for training in GMP, Safety & Hygiene, and job applications - Adhering to all company policies and manuals related to business, safety, and finance Your role as a Technician - Instrumentation & Control will be critical in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of the manufacturing processes at Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited.,
