Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GPS systems, surveillance gadgets, and related electronic devices. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Install GPS systems, mobile DVRs, and surveillance gadgets in vehicles and client locations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in devices
• Perform regular maintenance and testing of gadgets to ensure functionality
• Provide technical support and demonstrations to customers
• Document service activities, repairs, and installations accurately
• Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to address client needs
• Stay updated on the latest product features and technical advancements

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
• Hands-on experience with electronics installation and troubleshooting (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of GPS systems, wiring, and networking
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and travel for on-site client installations
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
