Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technician in Haematology to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to diagnose blood disorders and diseases.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including centrifuges and ph meters.
Prepare and stain slides for microscopic examination by pathologists.
Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
Stay updated with the latest developments in haematology and medical research.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of clinical pathology and laboratory procedures.
Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment, including centrifuges and ph meters.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols.
Experience working in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting is preferred.
