Job Title: Technician – Freezer/Chiller Units
Location: Sohar, Oman
Job Description:
Black Onyx International is looking for experienced Freezer/Chiller Technicians to join our team in Sohar, Oman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical repairs, particularly in Thermo King, Carrier, and Chinese unit brands.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair freezer/chiller units in vehicles and cold storage systems
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency
Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues
Work with Thermo King, Carrier, and other refrigeration units
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in refrigeration or freezer/chiller repair
Diploma/Certification in Automotive Engineering or Refrigeration Technology
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, electrical & mechanical systems
Experience with Thermo King, Carrier, and Chinese units preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
