Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our team in Bavla, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be responsible for routine instrument maintenance work, field instrument calibration activities, and ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP documents.

Roles and Responsibility

Perform routine instrument maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant operations.
Conduct field instrument calibration activities to maintain accurate measurements.
Follow GMP and GDP documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain instruments in their respective areas to prevent breakdowns.
Allocate, monitor, and coordinate subordinate's daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
Coordinate with other departments for maintenance, preventive maintenance, and instrument calibration, updating calibration tags and status accordingly.
Ensure all assigned jobs are completed on time and accurately, maintaining required documentation.
Monitor process and system alarms on control systems and coordinate with respective departments for corrective and preventive actions daily.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Possess strong knowledge of maintenance, engineering, technology, and legal aspects.
Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
