Need senior staff to perform all ct angio & special cases with good medical knowledge.

Job Summary

The Technician - CT Scan is responsible for operating and maintaining computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images. This role involves preparing patients, ensuring safety protocols, and working closely with radiologists and medical staff to facilitate accurate diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CT scanning equipment to capture detailed images of patients internal structures.
Prepare and position patients correctly for CT scans to ensure optimal image quality.
Explain procedures to patients and address their concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Monitor patient vital signs during scanning, especially for contrast-enhanced studies.
Maintain and calibrate CT scan equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and safely.
Follow radiation safety and protection protocols to minimize exposure for patients and staff.
Assist radiologists in interpreting images by providing clear, high-quality scans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to scans performed.
Identify and report any technical problems or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in CT technology and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
