Bhiwadi | 2 - 6 Years of Experience Roles & Responsibilties : • Production planning & controlling of all shift activities. • Trouble shooting with safety parameters. • Monitoring the parameter of production activities to reduce time. • Achieving production target & ensure strictly quality to improve productivity. • Works like Production, Glass Line Reactor, S.S. Reactor, Vacuum System, ANF, Scrubbers. • Understanding & hands on experience of Extraction, Crystallization, Filtration, Sulphonation, Distillation operation. • Handling of different types of valves, pumps, vacuum system, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Columns, etc. • Practicing House Keeping & Safe handling of Hazardous & Toxic chemicals. • Co-Ordination with maintenance, instrumentation, Electrical, utility & QC Dept. for reducing troubles & achieve Production targets • Different types of handling safety equipment & Firefighting equipment • Awareness of equipment change over & cleaning protocols. • Good understanding & experience of batch card filling & other production related documents. • Participation in kaizen & improvement ideas to enhance the plant productivity.
