Role Overview: As a Technician at Brand Kutchina, you will play a crucial role as a partner in the progress of the brand. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, servicing, and repairing various household appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, and air conditioning units. You will be required to promptly respond to customer calls concerning issues or malfunctions, offering repair options, estimates, and time frames while considering any product warranties. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing billing and invoicing paperwork efficiently.
