Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform
calibration and maintenance
of level transmitters (LT), pressure transmitters (PT), temperature transmitters (TT), and resistance temperature detectors (RTD).
Ensure accurate functioning of
weighing scales
and
filling stations
, including periodic checks and adjustments.
Troubleshoot and maintain
pneumatic ON/OFF valves
and
control valves
, ensuring operational readiness and process reliability.
Conduct
LT and PT calibration
procedures as per standard guidelines to ensure process accuracy.
Assist in
basic PLC troubleshooting
for input/output-related issues and instrument signal checks.
Understand and support systems using
Foundation Fieldbus
communication protocol.

Qualifications

35 years of hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation.
Proficiency in calibration of field instruments (LT, PT, TT, RTD).
Working knowledge of
pneumatic actuators
and valve automation.
Familiarity with
PLC systems
and ability to support first-level troubleshooting.
Understanding of
fieldbus communication protocols
, preferably Foundation Fieldbus.
Good documentation skills for calibration records and maintenance logs.
