15 years full time educationSummary: As a Technical Writing Representative, you will be responsible for producing written or visual documentation that supports various aspects of product development, design, and marketing. Your typical day will involve translating complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into easily understandable and readable responses, ensuring that the information is accessible to a diverse audience. You will collaborate with various teams to gather information and create comprehensive documentation that meets the needs of stakeholders and enhances the overall understanding of the products and services offered by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain documentation standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. - Review and edit documentation created by team members to ensure clarity and accuracy. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Technical Documentation. - Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness. - Experience with various documentation tools and software. - Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation. - Familiarity with content management systems and version control. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Documentation. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
