Position: Technical Trainer (Programming & Development) Location: Karur Qualification: ME/M.Tech (Computer Science & Allied Departments) Experience: Freshers & Experienced Joiners: Immediate Joiners Preferred Salary: Fresher – ₹20,000 to ₹25,000/month and for Experienced – As per market standards Responsibilities: Conduct placement and skill development training sessions in colleges. Teach programming languages and technologies like C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack, MERN Stack, Web Development (Front-end & Back-end). Deliver sessions with 30% theory and 70% practical (live coding & problem-solving). Guide and mentor students to improve their technical skills and coding confidence. Create and manage training content as per the latest industry trends. Monitor student progress and give feedback for improvement. Work with the internal team to update and enhance training programs. Stay updated with new technologies and programming tools. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge in any of the following: C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack, MERN Stack, Web Development. Good in problem-solving and live coding. Confident in speaking and presenting to groups. Passion for teaching and helping students. Good organizational and time management skills.
