Technical Trainer - WTP (Pharma Industry)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Trainer who has experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and good knowledge of water treatment plants like RO systems, softeners, and DM plants. The trainer will be responsible for teaching and guiding employees on technical processes, safety rules, and quality standards used in pharma manufacturing and water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on pharma manufacturing processes and water treatment systems.
• Prepare easy-to-understand training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos.
• Teach topics such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety rules.
• Work with other departments like Quality and Engineering to understand training needs.
• Track and report employee progress after training.
• Update training content when rules or technology change.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pharma production, water treatment, or technical training.
• Basic understanding of water systems used in pharma (RO, DM, softeners).
• Knowledge of quality standards like GMP, WHO, or FDA guidelines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
