Company - MG Motor payroll - Teamlease (off role ) working location - Halol Location - salary - 50k to 60k per month Position - Technical Trainer Job Description 1 Job Title Technical trainer (Aftersales) 2 Work Location Kolkata 3 Responsibilities, role, task & duties of position Training Course preparation, Planning and Setup: * Able to understand technical training modules and deliver technical training with practical examples and demonstration on Engines, chassis, electrical etc. * Good and through understanding of Petrol, Diesel technology and advance technologies like CAN communication, electric, hybrid etc. * Able to understand and deliver training on Engine control systems, electrical trainings, Automatic /CVT transmission and chassis related trainings. * Able to understand and develop content through repair manuals. * Able to plan and prepare for regular technical training courses. * Able to take care of training aids, equipments, vehicles and maintain vehicle conditions after regular training conductions. * Able to travel and plan training with cost saving and quality output. * Able to contribute ideas for training aid development e.g. cut sections, working models etc. Experience in cut section development is add on. * Kaizen mindset and cost effective with focus on not compromising on quality delivery. * Aptitude and interest in training and manpower development. * Able to handle manpower certifications and other activities related to reward and recognition. * Experience in Technician training * Exposure to DMS [dealer management system * aware of passenger car dealership operations Behavioural: * Dealing with content development team. * Synergize with Training Team and all internal stakeholders. Positive attitude, and a team player. learning attitude. Free to travel PAN India, as and when required. 4 Educational Qualification, experience, skills & knowledge * Min Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with minimum 6~10+ years’ experience of handling Training operations in an Auto OEM. Minimum 3 years of actual technical training delivery experience in passenger car. * Excellent spoken and written English, strong & pleasing personality, strong Training Acumen. * Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (on-the-job, in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) 5 Competencies & cultural requirements * Learner, team player, Time Management. Confident personality. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), passion for Training. * Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision. * Speak & Understand Regional Languages Regards Amit Das 9851315218
