Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Trainer to deliver structured, hands-on training sessions for corporate fresher batches. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the .NET ecosystem , especially C# , ASP.NET Core , Entity Framework , and REST APIs , along with a passion for teaching and mentoring new talent.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for freshers in .NET development.
Design and customize course content, including technical documentation, code samples, and practical exercises.
Lead hands-on programming labs, real-world scenarios, and capstone projects.
Monitor learner progress and provide individualized support, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with curriculum teams and corporate stakeholders to align training with business needs.
Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest best practices and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software development using the Microsoft .NET stack.
Strong command of:
- C#
- ASP.NET Core
- Entity Framework / EF Core
- RESTful API development
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
Experience with tools such as Visual Studio, Git, NuGet, and SQL Server.
Prior experience in training, mentoring, or onboarding junior developers.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with frontend technologies like JavaScript, Blazor, or Angular (optional).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience in delivering online training via Zoom, MS Teams, or similar platforms.
