Role Overview: As an IT Technical Trainer at Radiance Technologies, you will be conducting live technical training sessions during the night shift to cater to beginner and intermediate learners. Your role will involve designing and delivering curriculum modules in various IT disciplines, providing hands-on coding demonstrations, mentoring candidates, and ensuring that trainees develop technical proficiency aligned with current industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver curriculum modules in: - Software Engineering (Java, Python, OOP, SDLC) - Full Stack Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, REST APIs) - Data Analytics (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau) - DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS/Azure) - AI/ML Engineering (Python for ML, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, NLP, Deep Learning) - Provide hands-on coding demonstrations and guide students through real-world, project-based learning. - Assist trainees with assignments, capstone projects, and portfolio development. - Evaluate and track trainee progress through quizzes, assessments, and individual feedback sessions. - Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in the IT industry and incorporate them into the training material. - Collaborate with curriculum designers and internal teams to keep training content relevant and updated. - Mentor trainees on technical concepts, interview preparation, and certification readiness. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the IT industry or as a technical trainer. - Proficiency in at least two of the listed domains (preferably Full Stack + one or more). - Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills. - Experience with virtual training platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. - Ability to break down complex topics and engage learners from diverse technical backgrounds.
