Technical Trainer - Data Analytics/ Python/ Java/. Net/ DevOps

You will be responsible for conducting live technical training sessions during the night shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST) tailored to beginner and intermediate learners. As an IT Technical Trainer at Radiance Technologies, you will have the opportunity to design and deliver curriculum modules in various IT disciplines such as Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, DevOps, and AI/ML Engineering. Your role will involve providing hands-on coding demonstrations, guiding students through real-world project-based learning, and assisting trainees with assignments and portfolio development. You will also be evaluating and tracking trainee progress, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure training content remains relevant. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver curriculum modules in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, DevOps, and AI/ML Engineering. - Provide hands-on coding demonstrations and guide students through real-world, project-based learning. - Assist trainees with assignments, capstone projects, and portfolio development. - Evaluate and track trainee progress through quizzes, assessments, and individual feedback sessions. - Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in the IT industry and incorporate them into the training material. - Collaborate with curriculum designers and internal teams to keep training content relevant and updated. - Mentor trainees on technical concepts, interview preparation, and certification readiness. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the IT industry or as a technical trainer. - Proficiency in at least two of the listed domains (preferably Full Stack + one or more). - Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills. - Experience with virtual training platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. - Ability to break down complex topics and engage learners from diverse technical backgrounds.,
