Technical Trainer

Job Description:
Position: Jr. Executive / Technical Trainer - HRMRoles & Responsible:

• Give Induction to new Joiners.
• Prepare training materials(presentation, worksheets, schedules, etc).
• Give training to all new joiners. • Grievance Handling
• Coordinate with trainer for training to be conducted on time.
• Update all MIS Tracker.
• Plan general training for employees
• Training need analysis
• Raise training as per need
• Planning for training
• Management and Technical interaction
• Determine overall effectiveness of trainings and make improvements.
• Evaluate employees and identifies areas needing improvements

Requirement:

• Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical + MBA
• Good Communication skills
• Good in interpersonal communication
• Location: Pithampur (M.P.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
