Technical Test Lead

As an experienced professional in automation testing, you will be responsible for providing technical automation solutions and thought leadership in Selenium, Java, BDD framework, API automation, RestAssured, TestNG, and BitBucket. Your key responsibilities include: - Providing technical automation solutions and enhancements as directed by Vitality Leadership - Promoting adherence to the Automation Strategy and Vitality Standards - Implementing Proof of Concepts and automation initiatives as directed by Vitality and Delivery leadership - Implementing and enhancing client automation frameworks - Providing automation approaches, plans, and estimates for new technology and projects - Reviewing automation delivery to ensure compliance with strategy and standards - Supporting Vitality Journey teams with technical guidance and issue resolution - Providing progress updates to stakeholders for automation initiatives - Identifying and maintaining automation RAID log, driving actions as needed In addition to the above responsibilities, as a part of Qualitest Group, you will play a crucial role in implementing the automation strategy across Vitality Journeys.
