Technical Test Lead

As an experienced Automation Engineer at Qualitest Group, you are expected to possess exhaustive experience in Selenium, Java, BDD framework, API automation, RestAssured, TestNG, and BitBucket. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing technical automation solutions, enhancements, and thought leadership as directed by Vitality Leadership. - Promoting adherence to the Automation Strategy and Vitality Standards within the team. - Implementing Proof of Concepts and automation initiatives as directed by Vitality and Delivery leadership. - Implementing and enhancing client automation frameworks to meet project requirements. - Providing automation approaches, plans, and estimates for new technology and projects. - Ensuring the implementation of the automation strategy across Vitality Journeys. - Reviewing automation delivery to verify compliance with strategy and standards. - Supporting Vitality Journey teams with technical guidance and issue resolution. - Providing progress updates to stakeholders for automation initiatives. - Identifying and maintaining automation RAID log, driving actions as needed.
