Technical Team Lead

You are seeking a Technical Lead with extensive experience in overseeing the entire software project lifecycle, starting from the initial concept to the final deployment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand and translate their business requirements into technical specifications. You will be tasked with defining the technical architecture of projects and providing guidance on database design. Additionally, you will allocate and prioritize team tasks to ensure timely project delivery and provide hands-on support during critical project phases. As a Technical Lead, you will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, managing change requests, and supporting the team in troubleshooting technical challenges. You will play a key role in coordinating communication and delivery across different teams and contributing to effort estimation, resource allocation, and risk identification.
