Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist/Technical Support for Sales based in Vapi. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the sales team to assist with technical queries, delivering timely and effective solutions, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.
